Where is my Visa Gift Card?
Once your loan has funded and all promotional requirements have been met, you will receive an email from Giftogram with instructions to electronically redeem your Visa Gift Card. Make sure to check spam or junk folders if you do not see the email in your inbox. Once you receive the email, click the “Redeem your Giftogram” link. From there, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the redemption process and receive your digital card. Giftogram redemption codes do expire, so we recommend redeeming your card as soon as you receive it. If you do not receive an email from Giftogram, contact AmeriHome Customer Support at (844) 681‑3926 for assistance.
What is Giftogram?
Giftogram is a secure digital gift card fulfillment platform that AmeriHome uses to deliver borrower incentives. Giftogram allows you to safely redeem your reward online and receive your Visa Gift Card electronically.
My loan was just purchased by AmeriHome, am I able to get a free $300 Visa Gift Card?
Unfortunately, AmeriHome’s purchase of your existing loan does not make you eligible for this offer. To be eligible, borrowers must submit an application after January 8, 2026, lock in their rate by March 31, 2026, and close their loan with AmeriHome by June 30, 2026.
What are the Terms & Conditions for this offer?
To be eligible for this Visa gift card, a $300 value, borrower(s) must submit an application after January 8, 2026, lock in their rate by March 31, 2026, and close their loan with AmeriHome by June 30, 2026. Gift cards will be provided in electronic format, are only valid in the U.S. and are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law. AmeriHome is not responsible for and will not replace lost or stolen gift cards. Offer not available in the state of Washington. Offer not applicable on FHA Streamline or VA IRRRL Refinance transactions, is not transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers.
