Jumbo Home Loan

For most homeowners, their mortgage needs are met by a conforming loan, a home loan that is purchased or guaranteed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. The maximum conforming loan limit for these loans is established by federal law and is adjusted annually. Currently, the standard conforming loan limit for a single-family home is $548,250. Jumbo loans are typically financed by banks and are not subject to the conforming loan limits. As a Western Alliance Bank Company, AmeriHome Mortgage offers Jumbo fixed-rate loans up to $3 million.
